Multi-day celebrations, destinations, and specialized travel are quoted individually. Documentary films require the corresponding event to be captured during scheduled coverage. Enhancements are subject to availability.

The Essential requires the full $818.00 at booking. The Story, The Signature, and The Legacy require a minimum 25% non-refundable retainer, applied to the collection investment, or payment in full.
For The Story, The Signature, and The Legacy, the remaining balance can be divided into 2 additional payments at no additional cost. The Essential is paid in full at booking.
For The Story, The Signature, and The Legacy, any remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the wedding. The Essential has no remaining balance after booking.
A wedding date is reserved only after we receive both the signed agreement and the required collection booking payment. Pricing is secured at booking. The Essential is available for new bookings through December 31, 2026, subject to date availability; the wedding itself may take place later.
07 / HELPFUL DETAILS
The Essential offers up to six consecutive hours of video coverage and includes a cinematic highlight film delivered via a private online film gallery. Drone footage is included when conditions and restrictions permit. The $818 investment is paid in full at booking.
Yes. The December 31, 2026 deadline applies to reserving The Essential, not the wedding date. All dates are subject to availability and are secured with a signed agreement and full booking payment.
No. We film each wedding personally, using multiple cameras and professional audio discreetly.
Yes. Coverage and enhancements can be added around your priorities, subject to availability.
Drone coverage depends on weather, venue rules, airspace restrictions, and safe conditions.
Usable, unedited camera-original footage delivered separately from your finished films.
Music is professionally licensed and selected to support the film. You are welcome to share inspiration.
Your agreement states the estimated delivery window. Priority delivery may be added when available.
Yes. Travel and lodging are quoted individually based on your location and schedule.
